What to expect after filing a claim?
A Hive inspector will accompany your insurance company's representative to ensure all property damages we've identified are thoroughly documented and nothing gets overlooked.
Your insurance company will send a representative for themselves to come and inspect and record the damages. This person may be an employee of the insurance company that is a licensed adjuster or a third-party contractor hired to simply take pictures and measurements and send that info to the “desk adjuster". Regardless of who represents the insurance company, a Hive inspector will be present to accompany the insurance company’s representative and point out all of the damage to your property that we have observed so it is properly recorded and ensure that nothing is overlooked.
